Hog roast dining is what we do. When we came to catering we sought a dining experience that was not so readily available to the average customer. It had to have all the bells and whistles that event dining demands, such as flair, style, even a touch of spectacle and novelty, while still being a practical dining experience that would not inflate budgets drastically.
That was the hog roast – a dish and culinary style so perfect for events that it has remained her for centuries. Throughout history, hog roasting has been a major part of great events, community dining, and cultural celebrations the world over. When you see (and taste) the hog roast in all of its properly made glory, it is easy to see why that is the case!
With South West Pig Out, we are proud to be one of the few hog roast caterers working in the UK that still produce it in its authentic form. That means we cook int the proper spit roast style with a full pig and all of the fiery, roast brilliance that comes with it. Even better, we do so fresh on site at your event where possible, too!
